Common challenges we see
- Pronunciation: Sounds like TH, vowel differences, and groups of consonants that do not exist in many other languages. These are common problems, and they can be fixed.
- Rhythm and stress: Many languages have very different rhythm patterns to English. Getting the stress wrong makes you harder to understand, even when your words are correct.

5-10 minReal conversation about your week, your work, your world. This is not a textbook exercise. It is how your teacher learns how you speak naturally.
Mistake Review
5-15 minYour teacher starts with the specific mistakes from your last lesson. Not a general review. Your actual errors, corrected and practised until they stick.
New Content
10-20 minNew grammar or vocabulary, always in the context of your industry. The examples come from your job, not from a book. Pronunciation is practised from the first sentence.
Guided Practice
10-15 minStructured exercises that build confidence before you speak freely. Your teacher corrects you in real time, without interrupting - always showing you the better way.
Real-World Practice
15-20 minA role-play based on your professional life. A client call. A presentation. A difficult conversation with a colleague. You practise the real thing.

5-7 minWhat you did well. What to work on. What is coming next. You leave every lesson knowing exactly where you stand.
Standard ratio: 60% revision and consolidation of prior learning, 10% pronunciation focus, 30% new grammar and vocabulary. Two sessions per week. 60 or 90 minutes per session. The same teacher, every time.

The person behind the method
Jordan Radley
Jordan is a native British English speaker with over nine years of teaching experience working with international professionals. He is CELTA certified and has spent the past decade specialising in one-to-one English for professional adults.
His methodology was built from observation: watching what actually worked and what didn’t across hundreds of lessons with professionals at every level, in industries from anaesthesiology to technology to law.
The result is a teaching approach that prioritises pronunciation, personalisation, and continuity above everything else, because those are the three factors that determine whether a professional’s English improves or stagnates.
